There's a problem with my order. Who do I contact?
This store is run by just me, Emma! I've recently taken over all logistics from my previous D2C and I'm now running this from my own home. This is all new to me, so I'm learning as I go. I really appreciate you being patient as I work through issues such as packing, shipping etc. and at the same time, letting me know what I can do better! Please message me on Discord, Instagram or email laura@emmablackery.com if you've received your order and it's not up to standard. I'd love to work this out personally and find out what has gone wrong so I can a) do better b) make you happy c) limit the amount of returns, as... you know. I'm not keen on things being returned to my home.
When will my order ship?
I'm currently looking at shipping orders once every 2-3 days (twice a week!) so I can post all orders at the same time. This is why I am not ordering any rush delivery. Please let me know if you need your order ASAP but I'm unable to guarantee any early shipping.
Do you have a size guide?
All shirts are unisex, and the description of each should state which manufacturer created the shirt. Please order according to your usual size, as we are working with regular fit. For example, I choose to wear a size M for comfort across all shirts. If a size guide for every shirt style is requested, I will add this in coming weeks.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
For now, yes. If this proves to be a little tricky/expensive, this may change in the future. I cannot be held responsible for your country's tariffs or customs duties. If I have to stop shipping to the EU/US etc, I will see what I can do across other channels such as Patreon.
